Audrey is survived by her daughter Brenda Flamand (David) of Spencer, MA and son Charles Schurman North (Terri) of Jamestown and her step mother Evelyn Schurman of Sarasota, FL. She was known as “Mama” to her five grandsons, Brian and his wife Jenn, David, Joshua, Gregory & Benjamin and her two great grandsons, Riley & Wesley.
She graduated from Lockwood High School,Warwick, Secretary at Starkweather & Shepley, Inc, and the R.I. Pendulum and worked with the Warwick School Lunch Program for over 20 years. She was a member of the Red Hats Society, volunteered at the Newport Tennis Hall of Fame, R.I. Food Bank, CVS Charity Classic in Barrington, East Greenwich Academy Foundation and the Providence Performance Arts. She was an avid tennis player, enjoyed water aerobics, biking & golf. She took great pride in her home in Potowomut and really enjoyed entertaining. Most of all she enjoyed being with her dog Jackie.
A private graveside service will be held by the family.
