Austin J. Noel

Austin Jessup Noel, 29, of Fort Myers, Fla., passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011.

Born Nov. 11, 1981, in Shelbyville, he was the son of Steven Dennis Noel and Cynthia Dawn (Haulk) Noel.

He is survived by his wife, Melinda Sue Noel; his daughter, Gracie Lynn Noel; his siblings, Travis Justin (wife, Kim) Noel and their son Gage Justin Noel, Ashley Jo Noel and Chase Steven Noel, all of Fort Myers; and his maternal grandparents, Charles and Joann Haulk of Shelbyville.

Mr. Noel was a 2000 graduate of Cypress Lake High School in Fort Myers.

He was co-owner of Noel Painting Company.

Austin loved fishing, boating, participating in demolition derbies and racing go-karts.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at McGregor Baptist Church, 3750 Colonial Blvd., in Fort Myers.

The family will be present at the church to receive friends on Monday from 1 to 2 p.m.

Entombment will follow in Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery, who has assisted the family with arrangements.
