Funeral services for Christine Dozark, 91, of Wall Lake, Ia., were held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 3, 1984, at Peace Lutheran Church in Wall Lake. The Rev. Roger P. Carlisle officiated.

Mrs. Dozark passed away Tuesday, January 31, 1984, at Crawford County Hospital in Denison, Ia.

Music was by a quartet formed by Mrs.Jack Nuetzman Mrs. Donald Bcker, Jack Stickrod and Leland Weitzel. Accompanist was Roland Erickson. Mrs. Orville Franck, Mrs. Marvin Dreessen and Mrs. Leland Weitzel were in charge of the floral arrangements.

Pallbearers were Russell Westcott, Glenn Nissen, Marvin Neumann, Virgil Dozark, Jack Nuemann and Lyle Kropf. Interment was made in the Wall Lake Cemetery, Wall Lake, under the direction of Farber
& Otteman Funeral Home of Wall Lake.

Christine Dozark was born on March 16, 1892, in Crawford County, Ia., a daughter of Chris and Wilhelmina Otto Nissen. She married William Dozark on November 1, 1911, in Crawford County. They were the parents of a son.

A homemaker and a hotel manager for many years, she had been a resident of the Denison Care Center for the past several years.

Survivors include a son, Melvin, of Denison; two grandsons; four great-grandchildren; and three sisters: Mrs. Anna Koch of Boyer, Ia., Louise (Mrs. Russell) Westcott of Hawarden, Ia., and Mrs. Elsie Neumann of Kiron, Ia.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William, in 1972; two sisters, Frieda and Amanda; and four brothers: William, John, Edward and Marvin.
