Franklin- Mrs. Lucille N. Presta, 69, of 4787 Sebald Drive, died Thursday at 9:15pm at her residence. She had been in ill health about 25 years and seriously ill since January.
Born in Winchester, Ky., she had lived in this area about 54 years. She was a member of the Carnival Arts and Glass Club of Dayton and the Healing Light Ministy of Bergamo, of Dayton.
She is preceded in death by two sons, John David in April 1985 and John A. in 1939.
She is survived by her husband, John A., a son, Thomas of Middletown; four daughters, Mrs. Nancy Haire of St. Mary's, Ohio, and Mrs. Veronica Gilbert, Mrs, Liz Gayhart and Mrs. Margaret Presta, all of Middletown; 20 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, Tom Nickell of Cincinnati; and eight sisters, Golden Nickell, Frances Nickell, Mrs. Imogene Trent, Mrs. Margaret Van Ostrand and Mrs. Ruth Clark, all of Middletown, Mrs. Pearl Wilson of Monroe, Mrs. Myrtle Ridgely of Sharonville and Mrs. Rose McClean of West Palm, Fla.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday a 9:30am at St. Mary's Church, with the Rev. Charles Moore officiating. Burial will be in the Butler County Memorial Park. Visitations will be Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9pm at the Wilson Shramm Memorial Home with prayer service at 8pm.
