Grace Irene Cook passed away October 6, 2011 at her home in Longmont, CO. She was 99.

Grace was born September 8, 1912 in Cheraw, CO to Alva Fred and Lela Bell (Brown) Nichols.

She graduated from Cheraw High School. She married Elza H. Graham in June of 1930 in Cheraw, CO, they moved to Longmont in 1953 from Fowler, CO, he preceded her in death in 1968. Grace was then married to Roland H. Cook in 1970 in Louisville, CO.

Grace worked at Snyder Jewelry and attended Calvary Church where she enjoyed supporting missionary work. She was also a member of The Women's Club and enjoyed gardening and sewing.

Grace was preceded in death by her first husband Elza and two sisters, Pauline Switser and Fern Donovan.

She is survived by her husband of Longmont; her son of Longmont; a daughter of Louisville, CO, three grandsons; one great-grandson; and one sister.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 1:30 PM on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel. Interment at Foothills Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
