Cherished grandmother of Adrianna, Angelo, Vanessa, Ashley, Amber, Taylor and step-grandmother of Monica, and step-great-grandmother of Roquel. Dear sister of Manuel Neves of New York. Born in Portugal, Maria enjoyed attending Portuguese festivals and had recently visited Portugal. Friends are invited to attend an evening vigil service at Machado's Hillside Chapel, 1051 Harder Road, Hayward on Tuesday 7/18/2006 at 7:00 p.m. All will meet at St. Bedes Church , 26950 Patrick Ave.,Hayward , on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. for mass.
