Mrs. Ray Nesbitt, 3215 Douglas, Dallas, died at 2 p.m. Monday at her home. She was the widow of the late Ray Nesbitt, vice-president of the First National Bank of Dallas and was the former Ethel Morgan of Greenville.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the George A. Brewer Funeral Chapel, 3603 Ross avenue, Dallas. Burial will be made in a Dallas cemetery.

Surviving are three children Edwin A. Nesbitt, Dallas; Morgan Nesbitt, Austin; a daughter, Mrs. Newton Padgitt, Ridgewood, N.J.; brothers, Edwin Stafford Morgan, New York; Dwight A. Morgan, La Joya, Calif.; Raymond A. Morgan, Dallas, and eight grandchildren.

Mrs. Ethel Nesbitt, 77, of 3115 Douglas, widow of a vice-president of the First National Bank in Dallas, died Monday in her home after a week's illness.

Her husband, Charles Raphael Nesbitt, died in 1956.

A native of Corinth, Mississippi, Mrs Nesbitt had lived in Dallas since 1907. She was educated in Greenville, Hunt County, public schools and the old Carmel Institute in San Marcos, now a part of Southwest Texas State Teachers College.

Mrs. Nesbitt was active in women's work in the First Presbyterian Church, the Bankers Wives Club, Nu Zeta, and several Parent-Teacher Associations.

Survivors include two sons, Edwin Allen Nesbitt of Dallas and Morgan Nesbitt of Austin; a daughter, Mrs Newton [Louise] Padgitt of Ridgewood, New Jersey; three brothers, Edwin Stafford Morgan of New York City, Dwight Morgan of La Jolla, California, and Raymond A. Morgan of Dallas; and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Geo. A. Brewer Funeral Chapel, 3603 Ross. The Rev H. Kerr Taylor and the Rev. Robert P. Douglas will officiate. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
