Services for Helen Viola Brown, 54, of Placerville will be conducted at 3 p.m. today at Chapel of the Pines, Craig Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in Westwood Hills Memorial Park.
Mrs. Brown, former owner of Fox Brothers Pharmacy, died Jan. 6, 1984, in a Sacramento hospital.
A native of Washington, Mrs. Brown was born April 8, 1929. She lived in El Dorado County for 30 years, and in CA for 51 years. Mrs. Brown most recently was employed at a receptionist at Kaiser Hospital in Sacramento.
She was the mother of Jeff Brown of Diamond Springs and Kris Horton of Pine Grove; sister of Virginia McGarry and Evert Nelson, both of Sacramento; and the grandmother of one.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Sacramento Hospice.
