She is survived by 2 sons; James Lee Higgins, Jr. (Annabelle) of Lakeland; Michael Lewis Higgins (Marie) of Maryland; grandchildren, Lisa, Sandy, Gina, Rhonda of Lakeland, FL; and 10 great grandchildren.
