Josephine A. Bope, 94 a resident of Granbury for the past three years, died Tuesday, June 12, 2007.
Memorial service: 3 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3724 W. Highway 377, Granbury. Josephine's interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Newark, Ohio, at a later date.
Josephine was born April 12, 1913, in Newark, Ohio, daughter of Jessie and Charles Neer. After her husband's death in 1993, she moved to Arlington where her sons, David and Philip, resided.
Josephine was one of Jehovah's Witnesses, and she looked forward to the resurrection promise. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Survivors: Sons, David Bope and wife, Betty, of Granbury, Philip Bope of Arlington; grandchildren, Christopher Bope of Helsinki, Finland, Craig Bope and wife, Kimberly, of Fort Worth, Nathan Bope of Arlington, Carol Bope of Greensboro, N.C.; great-grandchildren, Hanna Bope of Greensboro, Cameron Bope of Greensboro, Sarah Bope of Fort Worth, and Landon Bope of Fort Worth.
