Bill was the son of Tollie and Arka Needham. He married Roberta Pack and had two daughters, Mary Ann and Linda. Bill was a superintendent of schools at Pierce and later at Mannford Oklahoma. During WW II, he served in the army as a cook for General Buckner stationed at Okinawa. Family links: Parents: Tollie Nelson Needham (1894 - 1930) Arka Genia Winton Needham (1890 - 1961)
