DRAVIS - Mary Inez, 88, Elton, passed away on Aug. 18, 2007, at Memorial Medical Center, Main Campus. Born on Jan. 17, 1919, in Windber, daughter of Edward and Lillian (Langley) Naughton. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Harry Dravis; son, Thomas; grandson, Philip Beanblossom; brothers, Milford and Robert and sisters, Eliza Evertt, Ida Gleich and Patricia Lagrou. Survived by her children, Wayne, and wife, Kathleen, Salix; Linda, wife of Edwin Beanblossom, Ellicott City, Md.; Robert, husband of Janet, Richland; Ida, wife of Anthony Dan, Valencia, Pa.; Diane, wife of Richard Bunn, Hollidaysburg; and Timothy, husband of Tamela Dougherty, Elton; daughter-in-law, Peggy Dravis, Port St. Lucie, Fla.; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Mary was past president and co-founder of Dravis Lumber. She was a lifelong member of Elton United Methodist Church and the Women's Christian Business Association. Mary enjoyed traveling with her children and playing pinochle with her family and friends. She was an inspiration to all who knew her and will be missed by all. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Elton United Methodist Church, the Rev. Maggie Foreman officiating. Interment, Richland Cemetery. The family suggests that memorial contributions be directed to Elton United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 96, Elton, Pa. 15934, in memory of Mary.
