Charles Robert Myers, of North Charleston, died September 25, 2009.
Mr. Myers was born April 1, 1921, in Summerville, a son of Harry W. Myers and Fannie Ehney Myers.
He was a retired Chief Warrant Officer from the United States Army serving in WW2 and Korea. He was also retired from the Southern Division Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
Mr. Myers is survived by his wife of sixty-six years, Betty Attaway Myers of North Charleston; daughter, Susan Myers Richmond; granddaughter, Katherine Elizabeth Richmond; grandson, David Michael Richmond; son-in-law, Michael Holman Richmond all of Summerville; two brothers, Ray Myers and wife Clarice of Paris, TN and Hubert Myers and wife Evelyn of Summerville; one sister-in-law, Eleanor Attaway Fuller of Summerville.
