Rozella Mae Muston Meyers, 80, of Lafayette, died at 11:05 PM Friday, June 9, 2006, at Lafayette Home Hospital. Born June 15, 1925, to the late John and Dorothy Wagner Muston in Lafayette, she was a 1943 graduate of Jefferson High School. Her marriage was to Raymond H. Meyers in 1946 in Lafayette, and he preceded her in death on Feb. 20, 2003. Mrs. Meyers was a homemaker and had worked at Brown Rubber Co., Duncan Electric and Norris Food Co. before retiring in 1988. She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled Americans Veterans, Purple Heart, Eagles Lodge, Moose Lodge and Loomers auxiliaries. Mrs. Meyers enjoyed shopping and camping.

Surviving are two daughters, Sharon R. Korty (husband: Isidore) of Lafayette and Diane L. Richey of Oxford; three sons, Dwayne H. Meyers (wife: Teresa) and Herbert D. Meyers (wife: Janet), both of Lafayette, and Ronald A. Meyers of Cody, Wyo.; three half brothers, Larry Crowder (wife: Sue) of Williamsport, Jim Crowder (wife: Shirley) of Lafayette and Lloyd Wilson (wife: Dottie) of Swansea, Ill.; a half sister, Shirley Terry (husband: Don) of Battle Ground; and a foster sister, Janet Wolf (husband: Dale) of Montmorenci. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by a half sister, Helen Swisher. Visitation 5-7 PM today at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, with rosary service at 7 PM Funeral Mass 10 AM Tuesday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Father Dan Gartland officiating. Interment Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
