Maud M. Chrisinger, 101, died Monday May 3, 2004, at Family Heritage Care Center, Black River Falls.
She was born February 21, 1903, in Petersburg, Crawfor County, to Thomas and Mary Ann (Dowling) Mullikin. She moved to the Shady Glen area of Jackson County and married Harry Chrisinger in Black River Falls. They farmed in the Shady Glen and Pine Creek areas. They moved to Taylor where Harry ran the Taylor Feed and Produce Company in partnership with Lee Casper. Harry and Lee also operated the John Deere Implement Company in Taylor for over 20 years. In 1945 Harry and Maud moved to their home in Curran Township.
Maud enjoyed spending time crocheting, quilting, doing embroidery, knitting, reading and gardening. She also especially enjoyed playing cards.
