It is believed that Agnes Mullens was a wife of Shepart/Shepherd Mullins.
Both were interred in the lower terrace/predominately African American section of First Street Cemetery which was converted into the campground of Fort Fisher Park in the late 1960s. Their relocated grave markers are now next to each other in the upper terrace/predominately white section of the cemetery.
