Mary Eileen Davis nee Moylan, of Belvidere, NJ, passed into eternal heaven on August 8, 2015, at the age of 91, surrounded by her loving family.
Mary graduated from St. Michael's High School in Jersey City, and attended St. Michael's Church where she was a member of the Rosary Society. Mary and her family later moved to Denville, where Mary was a daily communicant of St. Mary's Church and a volunteer for various organizations.
Later, Mary and her husband, Tom, moved to Belvidere, where Mary became a devoted member of St. Patrick Church and the Legion of Mary, and developed many important friendships at the Church and the Nutrition Center.
Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 54 years, Thomas E. Davis; by her precious daughter Anastasia; her parents, Thomas and Anastasia Moylan; and nine much adored siblings. Mary is survived by her loving daughters, Maureen Davis, Eileen Musarra, Theresa Davis, Dr. Bernadette Davis, and Kathleen Davis; ten doting grandchildren; five adoring great-grandchildren; and legions of loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00AM Friday, August 14, 2015 at St. Patrick R.C. Church, 327 Greenwich Street, Belvidere, NJ. Interment will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery. Friends may call from 7-9PM Wednesday, August 12, 2015 and from 2-4PM & 7-9 PM Thursday, August 13, 2015 at MacFadden Funeral Home, 325 Hardwick Street, Belvidere, NJ.
