Donald is preceded in death by his life companion, Phyllis E. Mowrey; brother, Gene; sisters, Irene and Lois.
He is survived by his son, Brett Donald (Vicki) Mowrey of St. Louisville; daughter, Melody Coleen Rowe of Buckeye Lake; grandchildren, Brett H. Austin, and Jessica Rowe; and one great-granddaughter; sisters, Evelyn Stevens, Nancy Ginn, Sue Schoedel, and Jane Stevens.
He loved to fish, buy, and sell at flea markets. He served his county in the U.S. Army.
