A celebration of life service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in First Baptist Church in Guymon with Dr. Clyde Cain, former pastor, and Derek Cox, minister, officiating. Burial will be in Hooker Cemetery by Henson-Novak Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Adams was born Sept. 3, 1912, in Pueblo, Colo. She married Quitman Adams on Aug. 4, l931, in Hooker.
Survivors include four children, LaQuita Roach of Edmond, RaPaula Varney of Fredericksburg, Sharon Jett of Glen Rose, Texas, and Gene Adams of The Woodlands, Texas; a granddaughter; six grandsons; 14 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Faye Wells and Edna Lee Hoobler, both of Hooker, and Ozella Hilbran of California.
The family suggests memorials be to Senior Citizens Center or Gideons and may be sent to the funeral home.
