Born in Trenton, New Jersey on December 22, 1929 to Edward L. and Mary Biddulph Mount.
She lived in Trenton, NJ, Bucks County, PA, Olympia Fields, IL, and finally in Sun Lakes, AZ.
Sally graduated from Cathedral High School in Trenton, NJ and Mary Washington College in Virginia with a degree in Chemistry. She worked in the chemical industry, and then raised her children until becoming the accountant in the Homewood, IL library. She was the Secretary/Treasurer of Hot Rolling Consultants, Ltd. In this last capacity she had the opportunity to visit many cities and countries in the world, which she greatly enjoyed.
Survived by her husband, David T. Blazevic; three children, Edine Mary (Terry) Heinig, Minneapolis, Eric David (Dana) Blazevic, Seattle, Washington, Erica (Dave) Kardelis, Helper; sister, Mary (Richard) Lind, Bethlehem, PA; seven grandchildren, John, Michael (Andrea), Rachel, Sarah, Gwyneth, Patrick and Lilith; two great-grandchildren, Jacob and Curtis.
Funeral Mass, Thursday, July 12, 2012, 9:00 a.m., St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Helper, Utah. Family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7:00-8:00 p.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home in Price and Thursday at 8:30 a.m. at the church in Helper. Entombment will be at St. Mary's Cemetery in Trenton, New Jersey. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price, Utah.
