Funeral services for Patricia Jean Beittel, 56, of 13 Robin Drive, Carlisle, will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. in Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle.
She died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2002 in Carlisle.
Born May 25, 1945 in Kerrsville to the late Charles A. and Ruth R. Gensler Motter, she was a supervisor of an apartment complex in South Middleton Township for many years. She also had been employed by Bedford-Kinney Shoe Manufacturing, Carlisle, for 20 years and she worked at Cumberland County Courthouse for six years.
A member of Mt. Rock United Methodist Church, Newville, she had attended Big Spring High School in Newville.
Mrs. Beittel is survived by her husband of 39 years, James C. of Carlisle; a daughter, Teresa K. Bear of Carlisle; three brothers, Paul D., Wayne E. and Galen L. Motter, all of Carlisle; a granddaughter; a grandson; several nieces and nephews.
The Rev. John Kratz will officiate at services. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Monroe Township.
Friends may call Monday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
