Mrs. Florence Ellen BROADWAY, 57, passed away 12 Feb, after a lengthy illness. Funeral services held at Pleasant Grove Church, 2 PM, 13 Feb, with Revs. Daugherty and Barnes officiating. Survivors - two daughters, Mrs. Annie Mae BECKMAN, Stonewall; Mrs. Sadie BOLES, New Orleans, LA; two sons, Elvin and Joseph, Meridian; one sister, Mrs. Michael McQUAIG, Stonewal; one brother, Jesse MOSLEY; 17 grandchildren; five great grandchildren. Pallbearers - Eddie Broadway, John E. Beckman, Charles Beckman, Carl Boles, Charlie Jordan, James Conner. Walters Funeral Home in charge.

She married George Thomas Joseph Broadway in Clarke County Mississippi on 23 February 1903 (Marriage Record Book H page 363. She died on 12 February 1955 in Clarke County Mississippi.
