Mrs. Harriet A. Mosher McCoy died yesterday morning at 6 o'clock at her home, 8 Orchard street. She had been In very poor health for a long time and death was not unexpected. Mrs. McCoy was born in Gloversville November 17, 1843, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wesson Mosher, who were pioneer residents of Gloversville, the husband being one of the first to enter the leather dressingindustry. She was a member of the
First Methodist ripiscopal church, the W. C. T. U., and International Order of Good Templars.
Mrs. McCoy is survived by one son, Arthur Mosher McCoy; one daughter,
Mrs, Helen A. Esmay; one granddaughter. Miss Irma L. Estnay, all or
Gloversville; and one sister, Mrs. Jane L. Giles of Rockport, Mass.. also seven nephews and nieces.
The funeral will be held at the home Thursday afternoon at 2:30. Rev. Fred D. Decker. D. D.. will officiate and the remains will be placed in the receiving vault at Prospect Hill.
