Douglas Edward Moses, 51, of 107 S. Main St, Kirby, OH. died at his residence on Sunday, September 5, 2010 at 5:50 a.m.

He was born on December 6, 1958 in Upper Sandusky, OH. He is the son of Mollie Jean (Shearer) and Vernon Brinson and Mary Moses all of Upper Sandusky and the late Charles Edward Moses.

On August 14, 1980, he married Christine Lynn Hoy. She survives in Kirby.

Also surviving are his sons; Brian Edward (Lindsey McEldowny) Moses of Upper Sandusky and Joshua Edward Moses at home, four siblings; Carl Michael (Ina) Bowling of Columbus, Vickie (Sant) Dingus of Jacksonville, NC, Linda Rice (Rob Dapper) of Galion, and Joe (Janet) Brinson of Centerburg, and step grandmother, Daisy Brinson of Upper Sandusky.

He was preceded in death by his father and a step-brother, Terry Smith.

Honoring Doug's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date at Oak Hill Cemetery near Upper Sandusky.
