ALDINE NELSON MOSER, SR., 57, of 383 Key Circle, died Tuesday at the Washington County Hospital.
Born in Chewsville, he was the son of Mary Easterday and the late Oscar Moser.
He was a member of the West End Chapel and served as deacon in the First Baptist Church and in the Chapel.
He was employed with the Western Maryland Railway for 38 years. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen and was active in the National Guard during World War II.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Nora Sterling Moser, one daughter, Mrs. Bonnie Moser Iseminger of Funkstown; one son, Aldine Moser, Jr. of Hagerstown; one sister, Mrs. June Wastler of Hagerstown; two brothers, Lynwood Moser and Eugene Moser, both of Hagerstown; and three grandchildren.
Services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the Coffman Funeral Home. Tne Rev. Dale Miller will officiate, assisted by the Rev. G. Bartow Harris and the Rev. Daniel Taylor.
Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 7 to 9.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the West End Chapel Building Fund.
