MORWAY – Martha M., 67, Aurora, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009, at Hillcrest Hospital. She was born Sept. 13, 1941, in Portage, to the late James George and Madeline Margaret (Donahue) George-Sample-Eck. She had lived in Streetsboro, Ohio, since 1961, coming from Pennsylvania, where she attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help. She enjoyed drying flowers, making corsages and flowers arrangements. She also enjoyed going to yard and garage sales. Survivors include her loving husband of 60 years, Peter Paul Morway; sons, Dave Morway and Dan (Annette) Morway, all of Aurora; granddaughter, Melanie M. Morway; sisters, Louis Conrad, Avis, Pa.; Pricilla Secriskey, Portage; and Yvonne Kick, Florida; and brothers, James and Joseph Sample, both of Missouri. Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 16, at the Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 17, with Sister Lu Haidnick, officiating. Burial will be in Aurora City Cemetery.
