Hilda Bloomfield
Hilda M. Bloomfield, 95, Paxico, died here Monday, Oct. 7, 1996, at a rest home where she had been since 1993.

She was born Dec. 24, 1900, north of Paxico, and attended District N. 33 School near Paxico. She lived south of Paxico many years before she moved into Paxico in 1980.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Senior Citizens and the auxiliary to the American Legion, all in Paxico.

She was married to Carl Bloomfield May 22, 1940, in Topeka. He died in 1965. Survivors include two stepsons, Kenneth A. Bloomfield, Paxico, and Carlyle L. Bloomfield, Clifton; a daughter, Betty McKenzie, Topeka; a brother, Percy Morrison, Alma; a sister, Laura Lytle, Alma; 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

Services were at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the United Methodist Church in Paxico. Burial was in Bethlehem Cemetery.
