Clara E. Morris

Mrs. Clara E. Morris, 83 of Atmore died Thursday, March 11, 2004, in Atmore. She
was a Seamstress with Vanity Fair Mills. She was born in Andalusia on October 3,
1920, to the late Judge and Fannie Reeder Spence.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Morris and a son, James Thomas
Morris.

She was survived by three sons, Gene D. and Glenda Pruett of Mobile, Fred P. and
Betty Pruett of Atmore and Paul Ray and Darlene Morris of Milton; three
daughters, Janice and Thomas Hayles of Atmore, Geraldine and Ronald Porter of
Semmes and Elaine and James Pruett Carroll of Atlanta; grandchildren that Mrs.
Morris raised, Elaine Day, Sherry Morris and Paul Ray Morris Jr. all of Atmore;
numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Graveside service was Saturday, March 13, 2004, at 2 p.m. in Oak Hill Cemetery
with Bro. Mike Grindle officiating. Family received friends Saturday, March 13,
2004, at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home from 1 to 1:45 p.m.

Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home, Inc. in charge of all arrangements.
