Beverly Irene Morley, 95, formerly of Stevenson, Washington, died may 29, 2011 at Providence Hospital in Centralia, Washington. She born april 21, 1926 to Cecil and Alameda (Hopper) Combs in Woodland, Washington.
She loved cooking and potato yeast rolls were always a must at the large family gatherings. She also loved gardening, visiting with friends sharing recipes and stories.
She was an artist painting many pictures of the columbia gorge where she spent her childhood. She was a seamstress and made many heirloom quilts for her children and grandchildren. She always had her hands busy crocheting, knitting and sewing.
She is survived by five children: Richard (Dick) Morley of The Dalles, Oregon, Teresa and Keith Rosenkranz of Salkum, Washington, Donald Morley of Mill-A, Washington, Karen and her husband Tim Newell of Underwood, Washington, and robin Morley and Rick Erbes of Evart, Michigan; 12 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren; one sister Verna Mansfield of Vancouver, Washington, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Keith Morley and her parents Cecil and Alameda Combs.
