"MRS. HILA MORLAN MOORE
CARBON, Ind., May 1. - (Special) - Mrs. Hila Morlan Moore, 48 years old, of near Harmony, died Friday at the home of her mother, Mrs. Sarah Morlan, here. She is survived by the husband, George W. Moore; two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Femyer, Chicago, and Mrs. Mary Walker, Indianapolis; the mother, Mrs. Morlan; three sisters, Mrs. Effie Crawford, Carbon; Mrs. Bessie Phillips, Knightsville, and Mrs. Orpha Cagle, Brazil; two brothers, Bert Morlan and Harvey Morlan, Brazil, and several nieces and nephews. The body was taken to the Miller & Sons' Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon. Rev. R.C. Dillman will officiate and burial will be in Calcutta Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home at 4 o'clock Sunday afternoon."
