Paul Elam's Mother Dies At Iowa City
Mrs William Elam, 80, of Plano, died at University Hospital in Iowa City on Monday, Apr.29, following a short illness. She was the mother of Paul Elam of Jefferson.
Funeral services were held Thursday, May 2, at the Baptist church in Confidence.
Mr and Mrs Paul Elam went to Iowa City on Apr. 28, and remained with his mother until death. They also went to Confidence for the funeral services, and returned to Jefferson at the end of the week.
