Mrs. Elaine Morgan Arnett, 67, a resident of Brunswick, died Wednesday 6/6/12 in the Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick.
Mrs. Arnett was a native and lifelong resident of Brunswick and was a graduate of Glynn Academy Class of 1963. She was a member of the Glyndale Baptist Church and the Friendship Sunday School Class of Glyndale Baptist Church of Brunswick. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Arnett is preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Arnett, Jr. and her parents, Russell Victor and Georgia Royal Morgan.
Survivors are her children, Carla Nelson (Jimmy) of Brunswick and Chuck Arnett (Cindy) of Jesup, Ga., granddaughters, Ciera and Taylor Arnett and Shelby Brazell and step-grandsons, Brandon and Roby Nelson, a brother, Victor Morgan (Ovelyn) of Brunswick and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends in the Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home from 6 to 8 PM Friday 6/8/12 and the Funeral will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday 6/9/12 in the Glyndale Baptist Church with Rev. Ken Creekmore officiating.
Interment will follow in Chapel Park Cemetery in Brunswick.
Active pallbearers will be: Ken Arnett, Jr., Brian Morgan, Doug Flowers, Jeremy Herrin, Brandon Nelson and Roby Nelson. Honorary pallbearers will be: Deacons of Glyndale Baptist Church, Price McLaine, Robert and Joyce Manor, Friendship Sunday School Class of Glyndale, Nurses and staff of C.C.U. of Southeast Georgia Health System and Dr. Abram Cheong and Staff.
