Lawrence Dale Morgan Sr., 80, of El Cajon died Wednesday. He was born in Circleville, Kan., and was a supervisor for the city of San Diego Water Department.
He served in the Army during World War II.
Survivors include his daughters, Nora Pepper and Linda Marshall; son, Larry Morgan Jr.; stepdaughters, Fran Elliott, Billie Yeomans and Barbara Taddeo; sister, Rose Diggs; brother, Neil Morgan; 17 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
