Donald Ray Morgan, 68, of La Mesa died Feb. 14. He was born in St. Paul, Minn., and was a civil service worker at San Diego Naval Station at 32nd Street. He was retired from the Navy and served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his wife, Alice Morgan; daughters, Kimberly Morgan of Mexico and Janie Tom of Canada; sisters, Eunice Morris and Jerri Lofter; and three grandchildren.

Services: 2 p.m. tomorrow, with military honors, Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, Point Loma.
Inurnment: after services, Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery.
Arrangements: El Camino Memorial Erickson-Anderson Chapel.
