MRS. ELIZABETH MORGAN'I 1 DIES AT SHELBINA
Shelbina, Mo. ,Sept 14. — Mrs. Elizabeth Morgan, widow of D. Morgan, Sr., died Monday afternoon at her residence in Shelbina, aged about 86 years, after an illness of ten days. She is one of the oldest residents of Shelbina, settling here with her husband, D. Morgan, who opened the Morgan wagon manufacturing business here prior to 1862. She is the mother of James H. Morgan and David Morgan. Jr., who beside in Shelbina, and John Morgan who resides in Iowa. One son, William, died in Shelbina some ten or more years ago.
She was born not far from Shelbina, in Monroe county, and was one of the charter members of the Baptist church here.
