M. Jacqueline (Jackie) Bulger, 79, of Binghamton, died Monday March 23, 2015 at Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center after a brief illness.

She was predeceased by her husband John F. Bulger and her parents Daniel and Catherine Morello.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy Bulger, Lori and Gordon Clark, Danielle Bulger and Kevin Zimmerman; Michelle and Christopher Mallery; her grandchildren, Joseph and John Zikuski; Jason and Mary Clark; Nicole and Douglas Katz; Heather Clark; Joshua and Ryan Mallery; her great grand children Ashley and Justin Katz and Layla Clark; her sisters, Eileen Morello and Linda and Lou Ganim; sisters-in-law Mary Hill, Peg Campion, Rita Coughlin and Connie Legos; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She worked in the legal profession in Broome County throughout her career. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Saints John and Andrew, Binghamton and a member of its Altar Rosary Society. She was also a member of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians Division 1.

She was the founder and director of the cheerleading program for St. John's C.Y.O. for 40 years. She coordinated the talent show at the Broome County Fair and the New York State Fair Variety Showcase. She supported her daughters' dance careers at Yelverton Dance Studio for 25 years and also designed and produced many costumes for students at the dance studio.

She was a strong supporter of her grandchildren in their sporting activities attending many of their events. She was a diehard fan of Notre Dame, the Buffalo Bills and the New York Yankees.

The family would like to thank the staff of South Tower 5 at Wilson Hospital and Lourdes Hospice for their compassionate care.

A Funeral Mass will be offered at the Church of Saints John and Andrew, Vestal Avenue, Binghamton, Saturday at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Friday from 4-7 p.m.
