Helen Morel Hennan do not stand at my grave and weep; I am not there. I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn's rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush, I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry; I am not there, I did not die." Retired bookkeeper, resident of Baton Rouge and native of Pointe Coupee Parish, she passed away Wednesday October 17, 2012 at her home. She was 88. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday October 20, 2012 at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church. Private interment will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. She is survived by loving and caring friends. Preceded in death by her husband, Orville J. Hennan, Jr.; parents, August Morel and Lillian Loupe Morel.
