CAROLYN MORANT, 57, of Memphis, passed on April 9, 2009 at Methodist University Hospital. Visitation was held on Friday, April 17 from 4-6 p.m. at Joe Ford Funeral Home, 1616 Winchester Road. Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, April 18 at 12 noon, Williams Temple Church. Interment was at Noah Chapel A.M.E. Church Cemetery located at 6791 Pleasant Ridge Rd, Millington, TN.
She leaves to cherish her memory and to celebrate her life with the Lord; her daughter Colby Midgett; Mother, Pearly Mae Simonton Midgett, father, Samuel Midgett, two sisters: Evangeline (Joseph) Mitchell and Karen (Theodore) Harris, and two Brothers: Larry (Yvonne) and Dennis (Natherine) Midgett.
