Marjorie Moore Ashley, 85, of Elkview went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 16, 2008.
She was a 1941 graduate of Clendenin High School and attended Elkview Baptist Church.
She was a seamstress and an avid quilter. Marjorie was also a 58 year member and Past Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star Thelma Chapter #24, Clendenin.
During World War II she was one of the Rosie the riveters.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Lester & Emma Perry Moore.
