She was born November 26, 1917 in Crockett to parents, Tom Smoky Moore and Kathleen Allee Moore. Virginia was a homemaker that loved beautiful sunrises, sunsets, flowers and gardening. She taught Sunday school and bible study for years while attending Kennard 1st Baptist Church with Rev. Frank Oswald being her favorite pastor.She is preceded in death by her husband, Truman English; parents, Tom and Kathleen Allee Moore; sister, Patsy Moore Mize.
