Born in Mexico, Juniata Co., PA, to James L. and Elizabeth Wilson Moore. Husband, William H. Adley.
Died at home, 218 South St.
Katherine's plot information was found in the Lincoln Cemetery Burial Records digitized by SOAL: SavingOurAncestorsLegacy during the summer and fall of 2021. The original burial records are held, in many formats, by Wesley Union Church in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. It is the mission of the SOAL group to create a single online, free, accessible, searchable, comprehensible database of all of the people buried in Lincoln Cemetery, sing their names, and commit their stories to the historical record.
However... We need your help! The Cemetery is in very bad condition. There are unburied bones and dug up graves throughout the cemetery. Many headstones are in desperate need of cleaning, have fallen over, or have sunk into the ground! The majority of the burial records are handwritten and exist in multiple formats (burial cards, notebooks, maps, print-outs of spreadsheets created in the 1980s and 1990s, and obituaries.
