Dorotha Moore of Red Bank, Tenn. Died Friday, May 28, 1999, in a local hospital. She was 75.
Born in Sweetwater, Tenn., she had lived in Chattanooga, Tenn. Since 1957 and was a member of White Oak Baptist Church for over 40 years.
Mrs. Moore worked for CJ's hair designs for more than a decade and was the hair stylist for Parkwood Nursing Home for more than 20 years.
Survivors include her husband, Jack Moore; daughter, Vicki Burris Tucker, Caribou, Maine; two sons, David Burris, Duluth, Ga., and Gregory O. Burris, Jacksonville, Fla.; two sisters, Florence Roberson and Grace Ingram, Sweetwater, Tenn.; brother, James Carter, Knoxville, Tenn.; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be today at 2 p.m. at the Coulter Chapel of Lane Funeral Home with the Rev. Darrell Newman officiating.
Burial will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
Visitation will be today from 10 a.m. until noon at the funeral home.
