Obituary
Died – September 21, 1895, Gennie Howe, wife of Harry P. Moore, aged 27 years. 5 months and 28 days.
Deceased was formerly a resident of Central City, Neb., but for some time previous to her marriage lived in Laramie. She was married in that city about three years and a-half ago to H. P. Moore and has since resided at his Big creek ranch, in this valley.
She had been stopping in Saratoga for some time, but was planning to return to her home on Big creek when she was taken suddenly very ill, last Tuesday. The best of care and medical skill failed to check the disease, and she became partially paralyzed and died at 2:30 a. m. Saturday.
She was a very beautiful woman both in character and person; of a bright, sunshiny disposition that made her a general favorite with a large circle of friends who loved her and will mourn her loss until the veil which hides all our dear ones, that have passed from here, has been drawn away. She leaves, besides her husband, two children, the older a boy of about two years and the younger a baby of three weeks.
The sympathy of the community goes out to the bereaved husband and motherless little ones.
