Virginia Mae (Moore) Anderson passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 29, 2015 in Round Rock, Texas. She was born to Elmer and Jennie Moore in Sigel, Pennsylvania on March 21, 1923.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver, her oldest daughter, Olivia Bagrier, and her youngest son, Richard Anderson.

She is survived by her son, Tom (Julie) Anderson of Redmond, Oregon, and daughter, Lori (Victor) Armstrong of Spanaway, Washington. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank Maria Salome, Mom's devoted caregiver since July, 2014, for the loving care she gave Mom, and all the wonderful Social Workers, Nurses and Nursing Assistants with Heart to Heart Hospice Care for the phenomenal care and compassion they provided to Mom during her last months.

The family will greet guests at a visitation to be held at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, Texas. Services to celebrate Virginia's life will be held at Crestview United Methodist Church in Austin, Texas. A committal service will follow at Cook-Walden Memorial Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to Heart to Heart Hospice Foundation.
