Julia Faye Collins, 78, of Tyler, passed away Friday, April 8, 2011. Services will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 12, at Lloyd James Funeral Home chapel under the direction of Monsignor Joe Strickland. Graveside will be 3 p.m. Tuesday, at Oakwood Cemetery in Waco. A rosary will be 6 p.m. Monday, April 11, at the Lloyd James Funeral Home Chapel, with a visitation to follow.
Julia Faye was born in Axtell, Texas, to the late Edward Patrick and Mamie Yowell Moore.
She was preceded in death by a son, Chris Collins; and brothers, Trent and George Moore.
She is survived by her daughter, Kay Collins, of Tyler; sons, Russell Collins and wife, Gail, of Tyler, and Chet Collins and wife, Brandi, of Lindale; grandchildren, Hudson Collins, Jason Hood, Jamie Rains, and Kyle and Karli Tullis; sister, Anna Ruth White, of Waco; brother, John Moore and wife, Louise, of Waco; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Moore and Alma Roberts, of Waco; and many other family members and friends.
