Lilly Mae Gee, 66, of Madison Heights, passed away Monday, Oct. 12, 2009, at the William Beaumont Hospital in Troy.

The Cabell County, W.Va., native was born May 3, 1943, the daughter of the late Clarence Moore and Susan White Moore Oney. She is survived by her husband, Grover Gee of Madison Heights.

Mrs. Gee attended Ironton City Schools. She was a homemaker and was of the Apostolic faith.

She was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Gee and her sister, Nancy Conn.

In addition to her husband, she is also survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Mark Baker of Madison Heights; her father: Richard Oney of Ironton; her grandchildren, Timothy Baker, Logan Baker and Gage Baker; five sisters and three brothers-in-law, Ruby and Tony Kerns of Ironton, Betty Jo and Bud Browning of Wayne, W. Va., Pauline Dickerson of Ashland, Ky., Jane and Jim Blankenship, and Peggy Ison all of Ironton; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Richard Moore of Virginia and Tom and Dottie Moore of Ironton; a brother-in-law, Bill Conn of Coal Grove and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Phillips Funeral Home with the Rev. Bruce Leaman officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery.
