Virginia Montoya Chavez, sister of the late United States Senator. Joseph M. Montoya, passed away on May 26, 1998, after suffering a stroke. She is survived by her husband Tony Chavez; a sister, Lorella M. Salazar; a nephew, Tom J. Salazar; and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 30, at 10:15 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Bernalillo, NM.
