Juanita, a lifelong resident of Española, NM, passed away at the Española Hospital on May 4, 1995.
Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, Jacobo Luján and four sons, Jacobo Jr., Robert, Richard and Filimon.
Juanita was survived by three sons, Manuel, Paul and Denes, all of Española, NM, two daughters, Ida Bustos of Albuquerque, NM and Diolinda Herrera of Española, NM, granddaughter she raised, Audrey Herrera, 14 other grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandchild, two sisters, Elena Vigil of Española, NM and Lola García of Silver City, NM and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services will be on May 8, 1995 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Española, NM. Burial will be at Santa Fé National Cemetery, Santa Fé, NM. Pallbearers will be Paul Luján Jr., Edward Bustos, Leroy Salazar, Genaro Luján, Felipe López and Ruben Vigil.
