Funeral services for Cynthia J. Archuleta, 33, of Santa Fe, N.M. will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 5, 2009, at Santa Fe Funeral Options in Santa Fe, N.M. Her body was cremated.

Cynthia entered heaven on Tuesday morning, Dec. 30, 3008, after an enduring battle with lupus.

Cynthia was a loving and warm-hearted wife, mother and daughter. She enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. You could often find her singing along with the radio as she spent quality time with her family. She was fond of the outdoors. Her kind and gentle demeanor was felt by all that came in contact with her.

She felt passionate about her uplifting career as an OB tech at Christus St. Vincent Hospital. She often said she felt blessed by witnessing the miracle of life while working in the maternity ward. She was well-loved and will be truly missed by all.

She is survived by her loving husband Chris; beloved children, Xavier, 15, Angelina, 11 and Julia 7; her mother Judy Keane and husband Thomas; maternal grandmother, Bessie Navarrettee of Sweetwater; her father, Richard Montoya; brothers Simon and Ricky Montoya; father-in-law, Tino Archuleta and wife Eva; mother-in-law, Anna Rael and husband Mike; grandmother-in-law, Flora Castellano; sisters-in-law, Angela Martinez and husband Juan and Carrie Jimenez; brothers-in-law, Emmanuel and Jonathon Tapia; nephews, Lawrence and David; nieces, Ashley, Amanda, Destiny, Ginger and Cathy; and numerous cousins, extended family and life-long friends.
