Born in Dooly County Otha M. Clark was the son of the late Isaac Monroe Clark and Bessie Watson Clark. He was the former owner/manager of Dairy Queen of Cordele. He is survived by four children and their spouses, Vicki Burnett, Dan and Deborah Clark, Michele and Robert Lingefelt and Marilyn and Jeff Calhoun; three brothers, Loyce, Alton Ted, and Gary Clark; three sisters, Irene Bringman, Athalene Wade and Runean Monroe; and 11 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Melvin Clark.
